A native Californian, he purchased his first home in 1975. He’s been buying and selling real estate ever since.
Educated in communication arts (Cal Poly Pomona, Bachelor of Science) and marketing (Azusa Pacific, MBA), he worked on the staff of several major advertising agencies with clients like Ralphs Grocery Company, Yamaha International, Mattel Toys and World Vision. In 1980, he founded a media sales company that represented trade and consumer publications in the Western United States. He has also taught marketing as an instructor Azusa Pacific University.
He got his real estate license with a goal of sharing his marketing expertise and business knowledge with real estate buyers and sellers. His clients have described him as personable, responsive, creative, enthusiastic, supportive, reactive and realistic.
